This is a stainless steel and diamond Ulysse Nardin Executive Dual Time 243-10B-3C/391. It has a white rubber strap with a stainless steel and ceramic butterfly-style deployment buckle set with 28 diamonds, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It includes a screw down signed winding crown with crown guards, and studded with mother of pearl pips. There are white ceramic rectangular push buttons on the left-side case band for adjusting the second GMT 24-hour time zone, (marked with plus and minus emblems) and it has an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 6 screws, and engraved with "ULYSSE NARDIN – 50 METERS," and a reference number. There is a serial number plate on the left-side case, and the 40mm diameter solid two-body case, fluted screwed curved lugs, and flat bezel set with a perimeter of 60 fine white diamonds (1.74 ct), are polished. There are diamond pave fob shields at 6 and 12 o'clock with 14 diamonds each between the lugs. The dial is white mother-of-pearl with a center rectangular reserve with a black railway-style minute/hour scale, and applied stainless steel and Roman numeral index hour markers set with an additional 37 fine white diamonds. The polished faceted wedge-shaped hands have luminous inserts. It has a steel-ringed white subsidiary constant running small seconds dial above 6 o'clock, with a steel indicator hand and set with 12 more fine white diamonds, bringing the total to 164 and over 3 carats all together. There is a large double date aperture window at 2 o'clock, and a circular dual time GMT window is at the 9 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, it has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 12.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Ulysse Nardin Executive Dual Time 243-10B-3C/391 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Universal Geneve UN-24 (based on the ETA caliber 2892-A2) movement. It's rhodium plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 34 jewels, a shock absorber system, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperature and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, a hacking device for precision time setting, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
