For this edition of the Marine Tourbillon, they have managed the highly challenging and undeniably stunning achievement of a Grand Feu enamel dial. Grand Feu enamel takes its romantic name from the incredible heat of a kiln, the “great fire” that is necessary to fuse the enamel powder, and the results are usually a pale cream color, so the deep oceanic blue of this dial is a true original. 

Polished stainless steel case. Polished finished fixed bezel with a fluted edge. Brushed finished crown guard. Crown with ribbed rubber ring for a secure grip. White "grand feu" enameled dial. Black Roman numeral hour markers. Raised flange on the dial perimeter with a fine printed minute track & triangle hour markers. Blackened steel hands, the hour & minute hands with luminous tips. Complications: Flying tourbillon located at the 6 o'clock position. Power reserve indicator located at the 12 o'clock position. Ulysse Nardin in-house manufactured Caliber UN-128 features: Beats at 28,800 vph. Contains 36 Jewels. With an approximate power reserve of 60 hours. The movement features an escapement wheel & lever which is produced using DIAMonSIL, Ulysse Nardin’s revolutionary alliance of diamond and silicon. DIAMonSIL is silicon treated with a thin layer of diamond coating that not only eliminates the need for lubrication, but also significantly increases the part’s durability.
